We interrupt this pre-Halloween spookiness to bring you a panel from Adventure Comics 298, as brought to my attention by H over at The Comic Treadmill.


I like how, when it's dropped of all of it's context (well, as much context as "Radioactive Milk" can provide), Lana Lang's (yes, everyone who's my age, she was a redhead before making the leap to TV) dialogue sounds like typical rhetoric of the "healthy nanny state" crowd today.


Rest assured, Smallville denizens: a young Lois Lane is already making a documentary expose, even as we speak. I believe it might be called Superman-Size Me.
